Winemaker's note

This wine has a yellow straw colour with appealing greenish tonalities which show its careful winemaking. On the nose, it exhibits citric aromas such as grapefruit and lemon, together with the aromas of herb which are characteristics of this vineyard. In the mouth, this wine is fresh thanks to its low pH. The citric notes appear again. Although this is a dry wine, it presents a sweet pleasant feeling in the mouth. Besides, this wine is mouth-filling due to its good volume. It has a pleasant persistence and gives a feeling of pleasure when drinking.
