Middle body and good tannic structure create a wine that is perfect to be enjoyed today or following being in the cellar for several years. Open and leave to breathe for a minimum of one hour. Ideal companion for all red meats, winter meals and of course barbecues!  Great for lamb, roast chicken or pate. A long finish of cherries...perfecto!
