Pale yellow with green hues. On the nose, fresh and powerful, with notes of gooseberry. On the palate, citric, with excellent acidity and notes of bananas. Long, agreeable finish.
This outstanding Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect match for seafood dishes, especially oysters and scallops. Enchanting with salmon ceviche or CaesarSalad, it also tastes superb with asparagus or cream cheese. Enjoy it on it's own too.
