Suitable for Vegans. Deep straw with pale gold hue. Elegant peach, melon, vanilla aromas with a hint of apricot. Forward peach flavour, rounded mid palate with smooth, long finish. Extra notes Attractive amber color. Bouquet of peach, banana, pineapple, floral notes. Nice body with medium acidity. Hand harvested in March. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve fruitiness. A small portion of the wine matured in French barrels, for a dash of butter and toast.
