Intense red ruby color. Expressive aromas of smoke, spices, and plum. In mouth it is round, with mature tannins and smoothing, concentrated, generously. A pleasant ending and very long persistence. Great for pork, pastas and poultry dishes.

Extra notes

This wine was fermented in stainless steel vats, with selected yeasts. When the fermentation was finished it was softened for 20 days. It was matured for 9 months in barrels with minimal intervention.
