Intense, crisp and complex flavour supported by a balanced acidity and lingering persistence. Extra notes The grapes were hand selected at the reception in the winery and then gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation lasted for more than fifteen days in a stainless steel tank at low temperature, selected yeasts were added to improve the Sauvignon blanc flavours. Lastly, fermented and matured wine that languished in barrels for three months was added to the final blend to improve the palate.
