Suitable for Vegans. An elegant wine characterized by a wonderful red violet colour, with spicy, black pepper and blackberry nose. Presents a balanced acidity on the palate, feels juicy and well-structured, with a good voluminous body. This incredible Syrah is planted on gradient hills in one of the coldest areas of the Casablanca valley, and is listed as one of the best exponents of the variety. An elegant wine from beginning to end…Brillante! Extra notes This wine was kept cold for seven days, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature with select yeast. Once fermentation was complete the wine was kept in the skins for fourteen days. At the end of primary fermentation the wine was aged in barrels of French Oak for twelve months, for malolactic fermentation to take place, thus producing the elegant Casas del Bosque Reserva Syrah.
