This is the only Trio blend made from a single grape variety; instead it expresses the complexity and aromatic intensity of three Casablanca Valley vineyards. Trio Sauvignon Blanc 2009, Ignacio Recabarren, winemaker in charge, surprises us with a blend coming from vineyards located in three different valleys: Casablanca, Rapel and Limari. In this new blend, the aim is mainly to enhance it’s freshness, which is mainly due to the coastal location of the vineyards involved. This wine rescues all the attributes of these three valleys and their estate-owned grapes.
