I’d just done 8 hours on the phone sorting out winging clients, two hours with the lawyers immersed in conference, and a quick pint down the pub to cry over how much it had cost me, and when I got home, she who must be obeyed put a glass of De Martino Reserve Chardonnay in my hand.  Dear, now I know why I love you!  Initially cool, clear, invigorating, crisp, and refreshing with a smooth after-glow on the tongue.  This wine reached out for my inner self and restored my sense of balance.  Now I can go and watch repeats of Top Gear on the telly.
