This Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow and is 100% fermented in stainless steel, no oak. Selected grapes were picked to provide a marvellous variety of fruity aromas. Extremely attractive, tropical fruits and grassy, due to the cool Casablanca climate. A fresh, crispy light, happy wine to the palate. Enjoy as young as possible. First vintage was 1999.
