Deep red burgundy wine, pretty in colour. The nose is atypical as this Cabernet is more delicate and velvety in comparison to other Cabs from Chile. It’s very expressive, with aromas of red berries and some spice.
Sure in the mouth, with strong character that comes from the perfect integration of the wine having aged in French Oak barrels in combination with the fruit expression of the variety. The gratifying outcome is a seriously intense wine. Well-structured and balanced, with soft and sweet tannins, tasty and long lasting in the palate. It is an ideal accompaniment to red meats, game and dark chocolate...Maravilloso!
