The Charmat method was used to produce this wine using 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Maipo Valley. It has the attractive eye-catching, fresh pink colour, typical on this kind of wine, wich is produce by macerating the skin with the juice for a given period of time. the bouquet reveals abundant, very complex sensations, particularly of fruit like cherries, togheter with floral notes of rose. This wine has persistent, uniform bubbles. On the palate is dry, delicate and fruity with good body.
